Important details
- Arrive between 7:00 AM and 8:45 AM for check-in
- Enter through the Lely Cultural Parkway entrance
- Keep your registered vehicle to the right to collect your placard and wristbands
- Wear your wristband throughout the event
- Registration includes wristbands for two adults per vehicle; additional guests are charged $5 each on site
- Keep dogs on a leash
- Photos and video may be taken during the event for Friends of Rookery Bay publications and marketing
- Vehicle submissions may be turned away if they do not meet show restrictions
Cancellation Policy
Full refund with at least 48 hours' notice. Partial refund with 24–48 hours' notice, depending on the event. No refund within 24 hours, for no-shows, or without notice. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
