Riders should be at least 5’2” tall. The maximum weight limit is 275 lbs per bike.

Can pregnant women ride?
E-bike riding is not recommended for pregnant women, as it requires balance and navigating city streets.

E-bikes require good balance and coordination. If you have mobility concerns, check before booking.

Do I need prior experience riding an e-bike?
Basic biking experience is required. A 5–10 minute orientation is provided before your ride.

All riders must be at least 14 years old and at least 5 feet tall. E-bikes are single-rider only. Riders must not exceed 275 lbs and must be comfortable biking in an urban environment. Waiver signature is required before riding. Follow all traffic laws and return bikes on time.
