- Your group must stay within the assigned boat's Coast Guard-rated capacity
- Adults 21+ may bring reasonable amounts of canned beer or wine; avoid red wine and do not bring hard alcohol
- Expect the tour to operate in overcast conditions, light fog, and intermittent sprinkles; the captain makes the final weather cancellation decision
Cancellation Policy
Receive a full refund with 7 days' notice. Cancellations more than 48 hours before departure but within 7 days are charged 50%. Cancellations within 48 hours and no-shows are charged full price. Receive a full refund if the operator cancels due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances.
