All ticket sales are final and nonrefundable. If the operator cancels due to weather and a voucher does not work for your party, a refund is available. If the operator cancels because of an unforeseen event, you can receive a full refund.

Yes. The boat's rooftop covers the entire vessel, so cruises operate rain or shine. Cruises are canceled only when severe weather or other conditions could jeopardize safety.
Gratuity is appreciated for the crew. The industry standard is 15–20% of your total.
Last call is 15–20 minutes before docking. Disembark promptly when the cruise returns so the crew can prepare for the next group.

This was an AWESOME experience!! Carter and Dick were the perfect hosts. We even had some exciting Police chase views from the water!! We danced, we ate and we had a great views. I would recommend this business to EVERYONE!!
