- Start times depend on tides and weather; the captain confirms your time 1–3 days before departure
- If nearshore waters are too rough for safe or comfortable fishing, the trip becomes an inshore charter for the same time
- An additional $75 per person applies after three guests; maximum six guests
- Wear non-marking shoes; spray sunscreen and glass containers are not allowed
- Parking is limited at Folly Beach Public Landing; use a regular parking space, not an elongated space

Cancellation Policy
Cancel 7+ days before for a full refund. Cancel 6 days or less before and incur a 50% cancellation fee; cancellations under 48 hours and no-shows are non-refundable. If nearshore conditions are unsafe or uncomfortable, the trip becomes an inshore trip. Full refund if weather forces cancellation.
