Important details
- Arrive 10–15 minutes early with your entire party
- Shoes are required due to the glass environment
- Minors under 18 must be accompanied on site by an adult 18+ or parent/guardian
- Sign a waiver if you are an adult; include any minors' names on the waiver
- Participation may be refused if you are intoxicated
- A credit card processing fee applies
Cancellation Policy
No refunds. Reschedule up to 3 months from the original booking date. No-shows are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may forfeit the time slot.

FAQs
Make one booking for your entire group if you want to use the same room. Separate bookings are not placed together.
Wear shoes and clothes you do not mind getting messy, or bring a change of clothes. The water-based, non-toxic paint is washable, but it is not guaranteed to fully wash out if clothes are not washed the same day.
Bring your phone or camera for photos and videos, and have a playlist ready to use with the Bluetooth speaker in your Splatter Room.
