- All parties must sign a waiver before sailing

- Trips depend on weather and conditions; the captain may alter the route, shorten, postpone, or cancel for safety or comfort
- Excessive intoxication may result in denied boarding
- Crew gratuity is not included; 15–20% is customary
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 48+ hours before departure for a full refund. Cancel 24–48 hours before for a 50% refund. No refund within 24 hours or for no-shows. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather.
