- Arrive 15 minutes early for departure
- All passengers must sign a waiver before sailing
- Children under 13 must wear a Coast Guard-approved personal flotation device onboard
- Bring a jacket, sunscreen, hat, or ultraviolet-protective clothing as needed
- Expect the captain to alter the route, shorten, postpone, or cancel for safety or weather conditions
- Consume alcohol responsibly; excessive intoxication may result in denied boarding without refund
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 48+ hours before departure for a full refund; 24–48 hours for a 50% refund. No refund within 24 hours or for no-shows. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather.
