Important details
- Arrive 30 minutes before departure for bike and helmet fitting
- Children under 16 must ride with a parent or guardian
- Children’s bike riders must be able to ride for two hours, follow guide directions, and ride in a straight line
- Wear closed-toe athletic shoes; sandals are not permitted
- Do not bring glass bottles
- Sign a bicycle waiver; riders under 18 need a parent or legal guardian to co-sign
- A security deposit is required at pickup
- Not suitable for pregnant women or people with impaired mobility
Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 72 hours before the event for a full refund. Bookings made within 48 hours cannot be canceled or refunded. Rescheduling costs $20 per ticket, is subject to availability, and is allowed once. Tours run in light rain but may be canceled for extreme weather; if canceled, you may reschedule subject to availability or receive a refund.

FAQs
Arrive 30 minutes before your departure time so you can get fitted for your bike and helmet and join the safety briefing. If you don’t arrive 30 minutes early, you may lose your spot and won’t receive a refund or credit.
Wear weather-appropriate athletic clothing and closed-toe athletic shoes (sneakers). Bring sunglasses, sunscreen (SPF), and your ticket code for check-in. Water is provided, and you can bring a light snack, sports beverage, and a camera or smartphone.
Do not bring glass bottles or wear sandals.
