Explore mostly flat crushed-stone rail trails and a small amount of city riding with a guide. Take in marshes, woods, wildflowers, and opportunities to spot local birds and turtles along the way.

Arrive 30 minutes before your departure time so you can get fitted for your bike and helmet and join the safety briefing. If you don’t arrive 30 minutes early, you may lose your spot and won’t receive a refund or credit.
Wear weather-appropriate athletic clothing and closed-toe athletic shoes (sneakers). Bring sunglasses, sunscreen (SPF), and your ticket code for check-in. Water is provided, and you can bring a light snack, sports beverage, and a camera or smartphone.
