Cancel more than 72 hours before departure for a full refund. Bookings made within 48 hours cannot be canceled or refunded. You may reschedule once for a $20 per-rider fee, subject to availability. Arrive 30 minutes before your start time so you can get fitted for your bike and helmet and review bike safety and operation.
Wear weather-appropriate athletic clothing and closed-toe athletic shoes (sneakers). Sunglasses and sunscreen are also advised.
You can bring water and snacks or other beverages, plus a camera or smartphone. Do not bring glass bottles or wear sandals.
