Cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour time for a full refund. No-shows are charged the full tour price and are not eligible for a refund. Receive a full refund if the operator cancels due to severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

The tour lasts approximately 8–9 hours, depending on traffic, weather, and time spent at each stop.
Mount Washington is seasonal and weather-dependent. Guests may choose the Auto Road or the Cog Railway. If conditions prevent access, you will receive a refund equal to the admission cost and extra time at other stops.
Dress in comfortable layers. Sturdy walking shoes are recommended. Even in summer, it can be cold at the summit of Mount Washington.
