Itinerary
Prior to the event, you’ll choose two or three signature cocktails (or mocktails) for your class.
Your class instructor will arrive at your location 30-minutes ahead of time to get set up in your space. They will bring all non-alcoholic cocktail ingredients, dry goods, and bartending tools!
Your instructor will lead you through your chosen cocktails. They’ll also teach you valuable mixology tips throughout. The class is approximately one hour in length (or 90-minutes if you’re learning three cocktails.)
Your BarBees class instructor will clean up and head out with their supplies.

Important details
- All participants consuming alcohol must be age 21 or older
- Bring all alcohol and ice needed for the class
- Any permits or licenses required by the event site are your responsibility; proof may be required before the class begins
- Alcohol service may be refused
- A credit card processing fee applies in addition to the listed price; the amount is not specified
- Additional travel fees may apply for locations more than 30 miles from the city center
- Additional charges may apply for added attendees, extra services, late starts, extended instructor time, or instructor parking above $15
- Optional edible rimming glitter-sugar costs $20 per 20 drinks using the same color
- Honey is used in most simple syrups, with adjustments available when necessary
Cancellation Policy
Full refund with at least 30 days' notice. 50% refund with at least 10 days' notice. No refund with 10 days or less notice. Full refund within 24 hours of booking, except bookings made fewer than 30 days before the event. A $200 rescheduling fee applies to time changes within 7 days.
