- A charter agreement, liability waiver, and assumption of risk apply to everyone in your party

- Follow captain and crew safety instructions; smoking, vaping, marijuana, and illegal drugs are prohibited onboard and in the boarding area

Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 2 weeks before departure for an 85% refund. Within 2 weeks, refunds are available only if your charter is backfilled. Cancellations within 48 hours and no-shows are non-refundable.
