Important details
- Arrive 5–10 minutes early
- All passengers must complete a digital waiver before boarding
- Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian
- Alcohol is for passengers ages 21+ only; bring a valid photo ID if drinking
- Swimming requires a signed swim waiver and captain approval; no swimming after drinking
- Overly intoxicated or inappropriate behavior may end the charter early without a refund
- Baywatch is not ADA compliant; boarding requires stepping on and off the boat with minimal assistance
- Smoking and vaping are not permitted onboard
- No balloons, confetti, streamers, or large liquor bottles onboard
- Gratuity is not included; 10–25% of the charter cost is appreciated
Cancellation Policy
Full refund 21+ days before departure. Receive a 50% refund 14–20 days before. No refund 13 days or less before. Full refund if the operator cancels due to unsafe weather or unforeseen circumstances. No-shows are non-refundable. Rescheduled charters are non-refundable unless canceled for weather.

FAQs
Bring your own drinks. If you plan to drink alcohol, you must be 21+ and bring a photo ID. The crew can cut off overly intoxicated guests, and may end the charter early without a refund for safety.
Swim only at the captain’s discretion and after you sign the swim waiver. You can’t swim after drinking alcohol, and the captain may choose not to stop for a swim if it feels unsafe.
Bring your own drinks, snacks/food, cups, and towels/swimwear if you plan to swim. You may also want sunscreen and a warm layer, especially on cooler days. The boat provides water, seltzer, a cooler with ice, Bluetooth speakers, and floats.
