Itinerary

Live On Air, Fallsview Balloon riders in Niagara Falls should purchase tickets at a minimum of ten minutes before flights.

Before each flight, we will take your photo after entering the passenger walkway to the balloon and hand you a card with a QR code for viewing your photo online. Hold onto this card as it will also be used when you exit the balloon at our ticket booth or food truck for you to receive your photo.

Each flight is approximately 15 minutes, beginning and ending with a comfortable ascent and descent. Aside from a slight bump you'll feel while the balloon winch changes speed, it'll be as smooth as riding on an elevator.

When your flight reaches maximum altitude, your pilot will let you know. You'll be free to move around the 360-degree gondola, taking in the panoramic views of Niagara Falls, the Niagara Gorge, Niagara River, and, on clear days, sights as far away as Lake Erie and Lake Ontario, along with the cities of Buffalo and Toronto.

Feel free to take as many photos and videos as you like from the highest open-air viewing platform in all of Niagara Falls.

Upon returning to the ground, the pilot will instruct you to hold the handrail as the balloon and gondola park on the landing pad.

Exit from one of two gates from the balloon, and proceed to the ticket booth or food truck for your complimentary photo, along with purchasing a delicious food item and drink.

• Bring a valid photo ID matching the name on your reservation; it will be photographed and linked to your booking
• Adult and child rider weights are required for safe flight operation
• Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult
• Flights do not operate in excessive winds or when lightning is within 25 statute miles
