Itinerary
Please arrive at the designated tour meeting area (Top of the Falls Gift Shop) 10 minutes prior to your tour start time. The first hour is our guided walking tour and the second hour is the Cave of the Winds attraction. Cave tickets are timed and promptness is important, so you don't miss your tour's scheduled departure. You will receive your Cave tickets from the guide.

Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund or credit. If the operator cancels due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, you'll receive a partial refund and can visit Cave of the Winds later. No-shows are charged the full price. No refunds are issued if you do not complete both combo components.

Paid parking is available in Parking Lot 2 on Goat Island. For an RV, use Parking Lot 3 and allow 10–15 minutes to walk to the tour. Parking is not included in the listed price.
Bring a reusable water bottle and sunscreen as needed for the weather. Wear footwear that can get wet at Cave of the Winds.
