- The boat returns early only for a medical emergency, not for seasickness.
- If you make the booking, attend check-in in person.
Cancellation Policy
All sales are final; no refunds for late arrivals or no-shows. Bookings are non-transferable. Reschedule once at least 48 hours before departure; fees may apply. Trips usually run in light rain and moderate weather. If canceled for severe or unsafe weather up to 1 hour before departure, you may reschedule subject to availability or receive credit for a future trip.
