Things to know
Drivers must have a valid driver’s license and all riders must sign a waiver. Alcohol or drugs are prohibited before and during the rental. Children may ride if they can sit back with feet on the floor and reach the grab bars.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund if you cancel at least 7 days before the rental date. If you cancel less than 7 days before, a 50% surcharge applies. No-shows are charged 100%. Bookings made within 7 days are non-refundable.

Complete the required online rider check-in form before your ride. Every adult (drivers and passengers) must fill it out, and you need a driver’s license ready to upload.
Bring a valid driver’s license. Wear comfortable outdoor clothing appropriate for the weather and closed-toe shoes (recommended). You can also bring water and snacks, and any extra personal protective gear you want beyond the provided helmet and goggles.
