Important details
- Ages 16+ only. If you're under 18, a parent or guardian must accompany you throughout your time in the building.
- Complete a waiver before arriving. A new waiver is required for every visit, even if you've already visited this year.
- Record only paranormal-related subject matter. Do not record audio or video during the tour.
- Do not edit investigation footage, post it on public platforms, or livestream.
- Avoid lewd behavior and inappropriate language.
Cancellation Policy
Deposits for this event are non-refundable and non-transferable. If the operator cancels the event, you'll receive a full refund or the option to transfer your ticket to another date.

FAQs
Yes. Equipment is not included in your ghost hunt ticket, but rentals are available on arrival. Dowsing rods, electromagnetic field (EMF) readers, and laser grids cost $5 each. A spirit box with speaker, Crystal Pod, or Paul pod costs $10 each. You can also bring your own equipment.
On Fridays and Saturdays in October, the outdoor Scare Manor attraction runs until 11 PM. You may hear it in parts of the building during your investigation.
Dress for the outdoor temperature: the building takes on outside temperatures.
