- Use self-transportation to and from Base Camp
- Arrive at your scheduled tour time and allow about 30 minutes for check-in and a safety briefing
- Drivers must be ages 18+ with a valid driver's license
- Bring valid photo identification; adult passengers may use a valid ID or passport
- Wear fully closed-toe, closed-heel shoes; Crocs, sandals, slides, and thongs are not permitted
- Complete a waiver for everyone in your party before the tour or at check-in
- Do not consume alcohol or marijuana before arrival or on the premises; participation is prohibited while under the influence
- A 3% credit-card processing fee applies and is not included in the listed price
- Vehicle damage responsibility is capped at $1,500 for accidental damage while driving; 2-seat rentals require a temporary one-day $750 credit-card hold
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 72 hours before the tour for a full refund, except group tours of two or more vehicles. Tours operate rain or shine; cancellations due to weather are not refundable. Arrive on time: arrivals more than 10 minutes late may be canceled without a refund. No-shows and participation denied due to intoxication or impairment are not refundable.
