Night Segway Tour in Miami Beach

Most visitors rave about the quality equipment and genuinely friendly staff here. Abraham stands out repeatedly as an exceptional guide who's knowledgeable, professional, and goes above and beyond to make tours memorable. Guests mention how he turned booking mix-ups into private tours and provided valuable Miami tips that enhanced their entire visit. Isaac also gets praise for being helpful and steering people toward the right rental options. The bikes themselves are consistently described as new, well-maintained, and perfect for exploring Miami Beach. There are a few complaints worth noting about reservation management. A handful of customers mention arriving for confirmed bookings only to be told slots weren't available, which caused frustration. One reviewer also had issues with scooter repairs at the location. However, the overwhelming majority of recent visitors had smooth, enjoyable experiences. The combination of quality equipment, bonus perks like free bike rentals with Everglades tours, and staff who genuinely care about showing you a good time makes this a solid choice for exploring the area on two wheels.
