Important details
- All ages welcome. No snorkeling experience required.
- For children ages 5 and under, bring a properly fitted life jacket and water shoes. Gear is not provided for this age group. Provide hands-on, one-on-one supervision throughout the tour and keep your child close.
- Gratuity is not included in the listed price.
- For ages 6 and older, wear the provided safety flotation noodle, whistle and glow stick while in the water.
- Keep empty shells only. Return all living creatures to the sea after observing them.
- If your young child becomes upset, tired or disruptive, return to the designated shore resting area with the guide's help. You can continue shelling from the beach.
- Arrive 15 minutes before your booked tour time for check-in, gear fitting and the safety talk. The group cannot wait; late arrivals are marked as no-shows.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 72+ hours before start for a full refund. 24–72 hours: no refund; reschedule once or receive a raincheck. Under 24 hours, late arrivals and no-shows: no refund, rescheduling or raincheck. Tours run rain or shine. If the operator cancels before launch for unsafe weather, choose a full refund, reschedule or raincheck. No refunds or rainchecks for weather-shortened tours.

Parking is free, but there are no restrooms on site. Plan restroom stops before you arrive.
