- Military and first responder fare eligibility: active military, veterans, police, firefighters, emergency medical services personnel, and nurses.
- The St. Johns County student fare requires adult student status at a St. Johns County school.
- The Florida university student fare requires adult student status at a Florida university.
- Children ages 12 and under must be present at check-in.
- Arrive 15–20 minutes before the prompt 7:30 PM departure for check-in and boarding. Allow extra time for parking and getting to the dock.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 7+ days before departure for a full refund, or 72 hours to less than 7 days before for a future trip credit. Within 72 hours, no refund or credit. If the operator cancels, you'll receive a full refund plus a gift card worth 50% of your original paid price, valid for 90 days from cancellation. Weather cancellations depend on safe operating conditions.

Yes. Bring your own food, non-alcoholic drinks, and something to keep them cool. Sea Love 2 also has an onboard bar; bar purchases are not included in the listed price. There is no ATM at the marina.
Wear comfortable clothing and bring any medications, epinephrine auto-injectors, or medical devices you may need. Dry space is available onboard to shelter from rain.
