Important details
- Renters and drivers must be at least 22 years old.
- A driver's license and proof of auto insurance are required for the renter and every driver. Submit a photo of the front of each license and proof of insurance before delivery.
- The renter's name must match the name on the payment card; this is checked on arrival. The rental can only be released to the person who paid for it.
- Parking in Key West is paid and is not included in the listed price.
- The renter and all drivers must be present at delivery to sign the rental contract.
- Wear a seatbelt. Children must use safety seats and cannot sit on an adult's lap.
- Delivery and pickup changes require advance notice. Be ready at the arranged time: the operator waits no more than 15 minutes. One delivery and pickup attempt is included; each additional attempt costs $40, which is not included in the listed price.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 2 hours before your rental starts for a full refund. For early returns, give at least 6 hours' notice to receive a refund for remaining days. You'll receive a full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows receive no refund or rescheduling.

Yes. Two optional coverage options cost extra and are not included in the listed price:
- Collision insurance: $35 per day, with a $250 deductible and $20,000 in coverage for the rental company's property only. Damage protection is included.
- Damage protection alone: $10 per day, supplementing your insurance with a $0 deductible and $1,000 in coverage for damage outside an automobile accident.
