- Arrive 30–60 minutes before departure. Check in at the blue caboose ticket office, which opens 1 hour before departure; boarding begins 30 minutes before departure
- Strollers and outside food or beverages are not permitted on board
- To guarantee your party sits together, all tickets must be on one reservation. Tickets added later may not be seated with the original reservation, and separate reservations may share seating during high demand or limited capacity
Cancellation Policy
Tickets are nonrefundable. Cancel or change at least one week ahead for full in-house credit; later changes receive credit less a per-ticket service fee. North Pole Express reschedules must stay within the same season. If canceled for weather, the operator will try to reschedule; otherwise, in-house credit is held until October 31 of the following year.
