- Use pickup windows of 8:15–8:30 AM for the morning tour or 1:45–2:00 PM for the afternoon tour
- Ages 8+ only; ages 8–12 require a minimum height of 150 cm
- Bring swimming gear, a towel, sunblock, and sturdy sandals or shoes
- Complete a waiver before joining
