Know before you go
- Arrive 30 minutes before your rental appointment
- Drivers must be at least 16; a parent or guardian must be present to sign for 16-year-old drivers
- Passengers must be at least 5 and sit behind the driver
- Present a valid photo ID at check-in if you are driving
- Stay within a maximum of two people or 400 pounds per jet ski; book two jet skis if your combined weight exceeds 400 pounds
- Wear the provided life vest at all times
- Pay a processing fee; clarify the amount with Greetwell before booking
