Know before you go
- Arrive at least 45 minutes before your reservation for paperwork and a safety orientation
- Drivers must be at least 16; drivers under 18 need a parent or legal guardian present to co-sign
- All drivers and riders must present a valid photo ID with date of birth
- The booking cardholder must attend, and the photo ID and credit card details must match the booking
- Drivers must speak and understand English for safety communication
- Each jet ski holds up to two adults, or one adult and two children under 100 pounds each, with a 550-pound total limit
- Drivers must not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs; staff may administer breathalyzer tests and weigh participants
- You are financially responsible for damage caused to the jet ski
- Floating-dock access may be difficult for wheelchair users
Cancellation Policy
No cancellations or refunds once booked. If the operator cancels due to extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances, rescheduling or a full refund may be offered. Arrive 45 minutes early; late arrivals and no-shows are nonrefundable.
