- Each jet ski has a 550 lb combined weight limit
- Ride with up to two adults per jet ski, or one adult with up to two children under 100 lbs each
- Drivers must not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs; breathalyzer testing may be required
- Follow staff instructions and water-safety rules throughout the ride
- You are financially responsible for damage caused to the jet ski
- Floating dock access may be difficult for wheelchair users
Cancellation Policy
No cancellations or refunds once booked. Operator cancellations due to extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances may receive a full refund. Arrive 45 minutes early; late arrivals and no-shows are nonrefundable.
