Drivers must read and speak English and will not be allowed to ride if impaired by a substance. This activity is not suitable for pregnant women. You cannot return to the dock to switch passengers or end your ride early.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel or change up to 24 hours prior to departure for a full refund or credit. Cancellations within 24 hours, no-shows, or customers who do not follow jet ski requirements will be charged the full price. Full refund or credit if the operator cancels due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances.

Arrive at your ticketed time for about 30 minutes of instructional time, including waivers, guide training, and a graded Maryland Natural Resources Police personal watercraft (PWC) rental test. You must score 92% or higher to drive; if you do not pass, you can ride as a passenger or receive a refund.
Bring a valid photo ID that shows your date of birth, and keep it with you for the entire rental. You cannot drive without carrying your photo ID.
Drivers must be 18 or older and must be able to read and speak English. Riders must be at least 5 years old. Passengers under 18 need a parent or legal guardian to sign a waiver at check-in, and minors must ride with an adult over 18.
