Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before your start time for a full refund or credit. No-shows are charged the full price. If the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, you'll receive a full refund or credit.

Yes. Ages 7–14 must ride tandem with a guardian. Ages 15–17 may ride alone only alongside a guardian, and ages 18+ may ride alone. Tandem scooters have an additional fee.
