Gratuity is between you and the captain on the boat. Weather may affect departures and tours may be suspended or canceled for unsafe conditions.
This booking is for the whole experience, which fits up to 6 guests.
Cancellation Policy
No refunds within 24 hours of departure. If you are late and miss the boat, you are not entitled to a refund or a longer tour. If your entire tour is cancelled due to unsafe conditions, full refunds will be issued. If you test positive for Covid and cancel at least 24 hours prior to departure, you are entitled to a full refund.

Bring water, snacks, and any other items you may need before you arrive at the Port of the Islands.
Use the large parking lot with no buildings (the only free lot you are authorized to use). If you park next to the marina/ship store or behind the fire station, Collier County may charge a parking fee; handicap parking is the exception.
Meet around back of the fire station/ship store at the picnic tables. The captain will call your last name when it’s time to board.
