Cancellation Policy
Cancel or modify free up to 1 day before your trip. Later cancellations and no-shows forfeit 100%. For mechanical issues, you pay only for time spent fishing; the trip may be rebooked. Once the boat leaves the dock, sea sickness or weather still requires at least the half- or three-quarter-day rate. GPS tracking devices are prohibited; use ends the charter with full payment due.
FAQs
The required waiver notes risks including changing weather, wet or slippery decks, equipment failure, collisions or capsizing, marine life, sun-related illness, and drowning. Participate only if you are physically and mentally able to do so.
