Cancellation Policy
Deposits are non-refundable. You may transfer your deposit to a new date if you reschedule 22+ days before. Cancel/reschedule 8–21 days prior: 50% of total cost due. 7 days or less: full cost due. If the operator cancels for unsafe weather, no refunds; deposit stays valid.

If offshore conditions require a weather cancellation, the crew will try to move your group to an inshore trip if captains and boats are available. If not, you can reschedule your offshore charter for any future date (no expiration).
No. If you have both an inshore and offshore charter booked, an offshore cancellation does not cancel your inshore charter. You’re still required to attend the scheduled inshore trip, and if you miss it, you’re responsible for the full trip cost.
