- Ages 8+ only
- A valid Texas fishing license is required for ages 17+
- Sandals and boots are not allowed
- If you bring beverages or snacks, use a soft pack or small cooler; glass is not allowed
- No bananas are allowed onboard
- Do not consume alcohol until arriving at the first fishing spot. The captain may stop alcohol consumption or return to the dock
- Offshore weather and sea conditions may require the trip to switch to an inshore charter for safety
- The park gate opens 15 minutes before departure

Cancellation Policy
Unsafe-weather cancellations: the operator will try to reschedule; if that isn't possible, all payments are refunded. Rain alone doesn't cancel. For bookings made more than 72 hours ahead: 14+ days, full refund; 8–13 days, $200 deposit forfeited; 2–7 days, 50% charged; under 24 hours or no-show, full amount charged. For bookings made within 72 hours, the $200 deposit is nonrefundable and nontransferable.
