Important details
- Arrive with your full party 15 minutes before departure; charter time begins at the reserved time
- All participants must sign waivers before the yacht can leave the dock
- Obtain a saltwater fishing license before your charter
- Skeet shooting is for ages 18+ only; all experience levels are welcome
- Do not handle guns after drinking alcohol or using drugs; wear the provided protective gear
- No smoking inside the cabin; red wine and hot food prepared off the yacht are not allowed onboard
- Illegal drugs, firearms, ammunition and weapons are not allowed onboard
- A $1,200 security deposit is required before departure to cover damage and may be charged to the card on file
- A 25% gratuity is not included in the listed price
- Base fuel, captain, mate, steward, private chef and professional dealer fees apply in addition to the listed price; amounts are not stated
- Time beyond the reserved charter is charged to the card on file in one-hour increments

Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations more than 14 days before the reservation date. Receive a 50% refund 8–14 days before; no refund within 7 days or for no-shows. Before boarding, a marine weather alert, hurricane, or tropical storm allows rescheduling or a full refund. No refunds for live bait, chef services, provisions, onboard food or beverages, or shopping/staging fees.

FAQs
Have your Charter Agreement completed and make sure everyone in your party has signed a waiver before arriving. The yacht cannot leave the dock until all waivers are signed.
Submit menu selections, dietary restrictions, allergies, and special requests at least 7 days before your charter. Later requests are subject to availability, additional sourcing and rush fees, and menu limitations.
If you do not select the private chef option, bring beverages, cold snacks, or prepacked sandwiches. Do not bring red wine or hot food. The kitchen and food preparation are reserved for the chefs.
