Cancellation Policy
Cancel or request changes at least 5 days before your scheduled shuttle date for a refund. Cancellations or changes requested less than 5 days before the shuttle forfeit your payment. If you do not arrive on your scheduled shuttle date, your reservation is canceled with no refund or credit.
