Itinerary
- Pickup from hotel at 11:00 am and transfer to Ojos Negros Valley (about one hour).
- Visit Vinicola Infinito to meet winemaker Pepe Pedrosa and tour the vineyard (subject to availability).
- Arrive at Rancho La Campana and wait in the yard until the guided tour begins (10–15 minutes).
- Guided farm tour with a 15-minute walk to the barns to learn about crops, livestock, and cheese making.
- Return to the main building and descend to the underground cellar for a cheese tasting paired with house wine (not wheelchair accessible).
- Lunch at Casa de Marcelo (on your own).
- Return transfer to hotel, arriving around 5:00 pm.
