Things to know
Ages 16+ and you must already know how to proficiently ride a bike. Arrive 15 minutes early; late arrival can mean a missed tour with no refund. You are responsible for any e-bike damage beyond normal wear and tear.
Cancellation Policy
Non-refundable. Free rescheduling if changes are made at least 24 hours before the tour. No-shows cannot reschedule. In inclement weather, the operator may move your tour time up to 2 hours. If canceled due to weather, you will be rescheduled or offered a refund.
