    Things to know

    Arrive 10–15 minutes early, ready to ride. Hydrate the night before and the morning of your tour; bottled water and mister fans are provided. You may wear a hat or visor under the helmet.

    Cancellation policy

    Non-refundable. Free rescheduling at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows cannot reschedule. Tours may shift up to 2 hours for weather. If canceled due to weather, you will be rescheduled on the next available tour or offered a refund.
