Cancellation Policy
More than 7 days' notice: full refund. Before 72 hours: 50% refund plus 50% future rental credit, or 100% future rental credit. Within 72 hours: 100% future rental credit. Same-day cancellations: no refund or credit. Operator cancellations due to weather or unforeseen circumstances: anytime-use ride credit. No-shows are charged the full cost.
