What is the cancellation and weather policy?
If the captain cancels for weather you receive a full refund. Guest cancellations are fully refundable up to 14 days before departure; within 14 days the payment is forfeited.
What should we bring on our tiki boat trip?
Bring BYOB beverages, snacks, sunscreen, sunglasses, towels, and weather-appropriate clothing.
How early should we arrive?
Arrive at least 15 minutes before departure to park, complete waivers and board on time.
Are bathrooms available on the boat?
Yes, the tiki boat has a clean marine head, but using the marina facilities beforehand is recommended.
Things to know
Infants must wear their own flotation devices, and children 7 and under must wear life jackets provided on board. Smoking and drug use are prohibited; vaping is allowed.
Cancellation policy
Full refund if you cancel at least 14 days before departure. If the captain cancels due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, you receive a full refund. Weather decisions are made 30 minutes before departure. No-shows and guest cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable.
