- Arrive 30 minutes before your start time; late arrivals miss the tour
- Complete a waiver before participating
- Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian
- Swimming ability is required
- Requires getting in and out of the vessel unassisted and sitting, kneeling, or standing on it
- Not suitable for serious balance, mobility, or back issues
- Clear single kayaks have a 325 lb weight limit
- Clear 2-person kayaks require each rider to weigh under 200 lbs, with a 400 lb combined limit
- Child paddleboards are for ages 6–12; adult paddleboards are for ages 13+
- Additional vessel-specific weight limits apply
- A credit-card processing fee applies and is not included in the listed price
