• Ages 10+ only; minimum height 54 inches, and an adult must join the swim
• Bring a swimsuit, towel, change of clothes, and refillable water bottle
• Remove all jewelry before the swim
• Swimsuits without strings are recommended; avoid long sleeves or swim shirts
• Swim shoes are not recommended; barefoot is more comfortable for this experience
