Know before you go
- Arrive 15 minutes early for check-in
- Ages 10+ only; minimum height 54 inches, and an adult must join the swim
- Bring a swimsuit, towel, change of clothes, and refillable water bottle
- Remove all jewelry before the swim
- Swimsuits without strings are recommended; avoid long sleeves or swim shirts
- Swim shoes are not recommended; barefoot is more comfortable for this experience
