- Rental signer must be age 25+ with a valid driver’s license
- Drivers must be age 21+ with a valid driver’s license
- All riders must complete a liability waiver; minors require a parent or guardian’s signature
- Bring a credit card for the refundable $1,000 damage deposit, not included in the listed price
- Combined vehicle weight limit is 600 lbs; the vehicle is not intended for six adults
- Helmets are required for riders under 18 and optional for adults
- Only waiver-signed riders may use the vehicle; rider switching is not allowed
- No smoking, drugs, or alcohol in the rental
- Rentals operate rain or shine
- No insurance is provided; you are responsible for liability, damage, loss, and related vehicle costs
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 72 hours or more before the activity for a full refund. Cancel with less than 72 hours' notice for a 50% refund. No refunds for no-shows or day-of cancellations.
