- Follow rink rules and illness-prevention procedures, and follow Centers for Disease Control and Prevention guidance as much as possible while limiting potential exposure
- Tickets are nontransferable
Cancellation Policy
Cancel for a refund or rebook up to 2 hours before your scheduled session. No refunds for no-shows or cancellations less than 2 hours before the session. If the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, you'll receive a full refund or credit.
