Cancellation Policy
Cancel up to 48 hours before the event for a refund. If more than 3 reserved participants are absent, a $10 fee applies per absent participant. Make date or group-size changes up to 48 hours before the event. No-shows forfeit the entire reservation. Play runs rain or shine; weather is not grounds for a refund, but you may reschedule.
