Mike and his team have built something special here, with multiple customers returning year after year for rentals. The bikes are consistently described as well-maintained and reliable, handling 15-25 mile daily rides without issues. People appreciate Mike's helpful nature, from showing newcomers how to ride to suggesting the best local routes and spots to explore. The staff clearly takes time to match riders with the right bikes and ensure everyone feels comfortable before heading out. The rental process gets high marks for being smooth and flexible, with options for pickup or delivery. Customers love that the bikes arrive fully charged and ready to go, which matters when you're dealing with the Outer Banks' famous winds. The battery assist makes longer rides manageable, and people report going from Wright Brothers Memorial to Jockey's Ridge and beyond on a single charge. Several reviewers mention the bikes performed so well they ended up buying the same models for themselves. <similarity_score>0.15</similarity_score>
