- Check in upon arrival; tours depart in check-in order, with typical waits of 5–30 minutes
- Dress for changing outdoor conditions; tours run rain or shine but may pause in severe weather
- Tours do not depart when heavy rain combines with temperatures below 45°F
- Remain seated and hold on securely while the golf cart is moving
- Expect uneven, sometimes bumpy terrain; farm grounds are not ADA compliant
- Leave pets at home; only task-trained service animals are permitted
- Do not smoke, vape, or use e-cigarettes on the property
Cancellation Policy
All ticket sales are final. You may send someone in your place to check in under your name. If Lavender Hill Farm cancels, tickets will be refunded in full to the original form of payment.

Park in the Drying Shed Parking Lot. Use the Horseshoe Driveway loop for additional handicap parking and guest drop-off.
