• Ages 4+ only; children must weigh at least 30 lbs
• Weight limit: 350 lbs
• Complete a liability waiver and watch the safety instruction video before entering the water
• Life jackets are required for anyone under age 16
• Dogs are not allowed in the equipment
• Trips operate rain or shine; unsafe river levels prevent water entry
