Things to know
Children ages 3–15 must have an adult chaperone. Ages 16+ can paddle without an adult if a parent or legal guardian completes the liability waiver. Rentals operate rain or shine, and there are no refunds for weather or late arrivals.

Cancel at least 24 hours in advance for a rain check (store credit). No refunds. Tours may be rescheduled or canceled due to weather or lake conditions; if canceled, a rain check (store credit) will be provided.
