Things to know
One paddler per stand up paddleboard, up to 210 pounds. Ages 13–15 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian on the water in another craft; ages 16–17 may paddle alone with a parent or guardian signature. Pets are not permitted on paddleboards.
Cancellation Policy
If severe weather shortens your rental by more than 30 minutes, you get a full refund or can move your booking to a future date. If they cancel due to weather or water conditions, they will alert you via email and text message. Refunds credit back in 3 to 5 business days.

Wear comfortable clothing for the weather that can get wet. Bring sunscreen and a reusable water bottle if you’d like. Avoid bringing anything irreplaceable, and note that Venture Outdoors is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
